1. Why has the anti-war movement turned its attention to military recruiters? The recruiters have no influence on the course of the Iraq/Afghanistan/terrorist war. Lobby the President, your Senators, or House representatives for change; they are the only ones with the power.

2. And more importantly; since when did the anti-war movement begin using terrorism as a means of getting attention?! Aren't extremists like these people the exact reason we're at war?

This doesn't promote peace. So what is the agenda?

These people can join the ELF in winning the award for the most counterproductive terrorist group on the planet.

This style of anti-war protesting just doesn't make any sense whatsoever, for the reasons you pointed out. I can't believe a patriot of this country (and you certainly should be if you are a citizen and living here taking advantage of all of its benefits) would be so shallow as to perpetrate this kind of behavior. I couldn't imagine the city council at Berkley, CA doing what it did last month. These are acts of complete childishness and total lack of any maturity. Too bad they become violent. I suspect that when you're too stupid to figure out where to really aim your frustrations (like maybe at the real source of the problem) you act like a three-year old and lash out at whatever you can!
